Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at organic@honeynectarbeauty.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work with you to resolve it.

Non-returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept any returns or exchanges. This includes (but is not limited to) personal care goods, beauty products, sale items, and gift cards.
