3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Honey Nectar Beauty is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after they leave our facility. However, if you experience an issue, please contact us at Organic@honeynectarbeauty.com, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
6. Address Errors
Please double-check your shipping address when placing your order. If an incorrect address is entered and the package is returned to us, we will reach out to you for the correct address and a reshipment fee may apply.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Exchanges
